Alexander and Feore Join Thor

Jaimie Alexander and Colm Feore have joined the upcoming production of Thor, an adaptation of the Marvel comic book to be directed by Kenneth Branagh. Jaimie Alexander will be playing Sif, a female Asgardian warrior who makes a hobby out of beating up the best male warriors. She is Thor’s (Chris Hemsworth) secondary love interest after Jane Foster (Natalie Portman). No one knows who or what Feore will be playing, but we do know he will be a villain of some sort, which is strange considering the role of Loki has already been given to Tom Hiddleston. [THR]
