Depression is going up since Avatar came out. Why? Because, everyone wants Avatar to be real. We aren’t kidding. This is too crazy to make up. Audiences are looking at the wonder that is Pandora and hating their miserable human existences here on earth. People are looking at the Na’vi and wishing they were one of them. People are getting the blues all over because they can’t be blue. You know what this is? This is just fantasy depression. Geeks have been dealing with it all the time! You know what they do? They roleplay! They write fan fiction! They become furries! They do something else other than complain that they live in a dying grey world. Suck it up and deal. [CNN]
