Darren Aronofsky is known for taking on several projects at once, and his double helping of films this time around consists of Black Swan and Robocop. Black Swan is coming along quite nicely, but has anyone heard anything about the supposed Robocop remake? No, not at all. In fact, MGM won’t comment on the film, and it’s been rumored that they are quietly looking for other directors to pursue it. Does this mean we won’t see a remake of a perfectly good film that doesn’t need to be resurrected? We can only hope. [Cinemablend]
