Straight from Brett Ratner’s mouth came the words “I’m kind of the Anti-Christ to these comic book geeks.” He goes on about how he doesn’t intellectualize his movies and prefers to create flicks that are sheer entertainment value over deep plot. In a sense, he admits that he makes horrible comic book adaptations that sell way better than the good ones. This doesn’t make us hate Brett Ratner, he is just doing what works. This just makes us hate everyone else in the world for going to see movies with no substance. [Starpulse]
