Bruce Campbell has been friends with Sam Raimi ever since the Evil Dead franchise. As a result, he has had memorable cameos in each Spider-Man film. However, now it is time for our favorite chainsaw armed hero to step out of the shadows and into the spotlight. According to Bruce himself, Sam Raimi has a much larger more important role picked out for him in Spider-Man 4. Unfortunately, Campbell himself knows nothing about this role. Here is hoping that he actually comes back as Ash from the Evil Dead series. It wouldn’t be the first time Evil Dead and Marvel crossed over. [Access Hollywood]
