We didn’t really think that Cloverfield 2 was going to come to pass, but we were wrong. What with Paranormal Activity now putting low tech Blair Witch style filming back in the spotlight, there is no better time to do a Cloverfield sequel. It’s a shame because we all agree it really didn’t need a sequel. Either way J.J. Abrams is working on something, but it is only in the early stages. Oh well, it won’t be the worst thing we see in theaters this year. We are saving that honor for the Dragonball Evolution sequel. [MTV]
