That is not entirely accurate because there are hundreds of different styles of Ninjutsu some of which were lost hundreds of years ago. Most of the movie is based around the idea that THESE ninjas can perform superhuman acts, so calling the movie fake is not entirely accurate whether you study the art of Ninjutsu or not.
