Ferrell to Replace Downey in Oobermind
What happens when a super villain suddenly gets everything he wants? Oobermind happens. This animated action comedy is about an evil mastermind who defeats his arch nemesis and gets really really bored afterward. He decides to try and create a new hero to foil, but this hero decides to be evil, forcing our previously evil mastermind to turn to the side of good. Man, you have to be drunk to follow all of those plot twists. Anyway, Robert Downey Jr. was supposed to be the voice of the Oobermind himself, however Downey is a bit busy being Iron Man right now, so Will Ferrell has stepped up to take his place. He will be joining Brad Pitt, who will be voicing Metro Man, the original hero of the film, and Jonah Hill, who will be voicing Titan, the Oobermind’s super hero/super villain creation. [Variety]
