Yet another book to movie adaptation is in the works; the rights for Christopher Buckley’s action/satire Florence of Arabia have been picked up by Charlize Theron’s Denver and Delilah Films. The book is about a woman whose friend marries a prince of a country in the middle east and then gets executed in short order. She then makes it her personal mission to fight for the rights of women in that country. Hopefully guns are involved. [Variety]
