FX Orders New Animated Action Comedy
FX’s new original animated series, as of now entitled Archer, is about a super spy inside an international spy agency whose members are so immature they use global crises as a means to show off, gloat, poke fun, and generally piss each other off. Talent includes Jon Benjamin as Sterling Archer, a suave super spy who manages to woo all the ladies and always save the day … oh and his code name happens to be duchess, Jessica Walter as Malory, his boss and nagging mother, Aisha Tyler as Agent Lana Kane, his ex-girlfriend he still seems to have a crush on, obviously, Chris Parnell as Cyril Figgis Lana’s new love interest, and computer guy at the agency, and Judy Greer as Cheryl, Malory’s lovesick secretary who has the hots for everyone else in the agency.
