For a while people have simply been assuming that Wes Craven would be directing Scream 4. However, not even the stars of the movie themselves are certain. David Arquette says that “he is in” plain and simple, but Courteney Cox says that they are still trying to make that the studio is still trying to get that to work. Who will be right? We don’t know, but we take a certain degree of amusement in the fact that a big announcement like this comes down to a disagreement between a married couple. [MTV]
