So with the Spider-Man reboot being all over the news, people obviously have started to speculate as to who will be sitting in the director’s chair. Apparently, James Cameron was on the shortlist for desired directors, but Spider-Man isn’t on Cameron’s shortlist for films he wants to direct. Specifically, Cameron called the movie “sloppy seconds” and he specifically has zero interest in directing it. Way to go Cameron! You have better things to do, like choreographing knife fights between giant robots and big blue alien cat people! [MTV]
