It has been so long since Kathryn Bigelow made it to the big screen, but it was worth the wait because her grand re-emergence was Mark Boal’s The Hurt Locker, which is one of the best war movies we have ever seen. Well, now Mark Boal and Kathryn Bigelow are teaming up once more to bring us Triple Frontiers, a story about organized crime on the border between Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil. Boal is keeping plot details firmly under wraps, but hopes are high for a movie that lives up to The Hurt Locker’s reputation. [Variety]
