So far, it looks like the only actor returning for Pirates of the Caribbean 4 is Johnny Depp. We already knew that Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom wouldn’t be involved, mostly because their story was well completed in Pirates of the Caribbean 3. However, now it looks like the supporting characters won’t even be returning. Mackenzie Crook who played comic relief Ragetti (the one eyed guy) will also not be returning to Pirates 4. Aside from him, there is no word on whether any of the other villains or supporting characters will make the script. Depp is pretty much alone in this one, which explains the depression he was feeling early in the planning cycle. This is less a true sequel and more a practice in dressing Johnny Depp up as a pirate so that young girls can swoon over him. [Contact Music]
