Saw VI Director Unexpectedly Comes Back for Saw VII

We originally assumed that Kevin Greutert wouldn’t be taking up the reigns of the next Saw movie, because of his involvement with the sequel to Paranormal Activity. Turns out, we were dead wrong. Greutert will be working on Saw VII 3D, as David Hackl, the original director, has been taken off the project. Of course this leaves Paranormal Activity 2 without a director. Maybe Peli will come back to direct his own franchise? What a novel idea! [Deadline Hollywood]
