We kenw it. We just knew it. Spider-Man 4 was just hitting way too many roadblocks to go off as planned. Turns out, that Spider-Man 4 won’t be Spider-Man 4 at all. Instead, Sony will be rebooting the series all together. That means no Sam Raimi, no Tobey Macguire, nothing that we have come to expect from the Spider-Man franchise. Nope. Instead, in the best traditions of Dragonball Evolution, the new Spider-Man reboot will focus on Peter Parker’s high school life. Wonderful. We have to wonder if John Malkovich will still be in it.
