This just in, you guys don’t have to speculate anymore! It turns out that the rumors about Rheit Reese and Paul Wernick, the genius duo behind Zombieland, writing the Deadpool spin-off, were true! 20th Century Fox has just confirmed it. What better duo to write a story about the merc with a mouth? The duo has also written a draft of the Venom spin-off as well, which may not benefit as much from their peculiar sense of humor, but what the hell, let’s give it a shot. [Variety]
