Two More Have True Grit

Matt Damon and Josh Brolin are in talks to join Jeff Bridges in True Grit, a remake of a classic 1969 western. The movie is about a U.S. Marshal and his sidekick who track down the killer of a 14 year old girl’s father in hostile Indian territory. Damon would be playing Bridges’ sidekick, while Brolin would be playing the main antagonist. The 14 year old girl has not yet been cast. We are hoping for Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. [Variety]
