Warner Bros. Steals Young Thriller From Disney, Paramount, and Summit

The WB doesn’t fuck around. Recently, they successfully bid sniped the rights to Heist Society out from under Disney, Paramount, and Summit. Apparently the bidding war was epic and violent which makes us wonder if there are good things in store for heist society. Fair enough, because otherwise it seemed like just another teen movie to us. Supposedly, it is like a teenage version of The Thomas Crown Affair, which sounds decently cool, but we aren’t going to lie, we are getting a little tired of teening up everything that is good and holy in action to pander to the Twilight demographic.
