I’ll admit I have never seen the old, old, OLD Land of the Lost, but I did see the horrible 90′s version, and considering that it was a staple of my childhood I am excited about seeing this movie. Still, its a coin flip, cause its a Will Ferrell movie and only about fifty percent of them are good. What do you guys think?

Does anyone know what Land of the Lost the movie is based on? There are many different versions, from 70′s to 90′s, and I’m wondering what the campiness factor will be.

Anyone hear anything about this movie. I did a little looking into it but most of it is vague. The Comingsoon.net synopsis is:

Marybeth (Kerry Washington) is a pre-op transsexual working as a prostitute and living with her lover, Benny, a small time burglar. In spite of their lines of work, they live a somewhat normal life as a married couple. Manny (Victor Rasuk) works two jobs: the late shift in an all night bodega surrounded by young junkies, drug dealers and prostitutes, and as a security guard in a Welfare hotel to provide for his family. Willy, ten years old, lives in the Welfare hotel with his sister, mother (Illeana Douglas) and her violent boyfriend, begging on the street so he and Susie can buy some fast food to eat. Romeo (Evan Ross), a street tough, roams the streets with his gang, terrorizing anyone who comes in his path.

Sound like a good movie to you guys?

So I just picked up Wii Fit and Wii Active, you know… to get in shape… for the summer… because I am a fat bastard. More importnatly I am wondering if anyone out there in Ninja-land has had any experience with the two? Did it work for you? A couple people I know swear by it so I’m hoping I will see results.

Anyone remember G.I. Joe? Or the old Street Fighter Carton? Or Captain Planet? Now that is a cartoon that deserves a movie? Captain Planet was the campiest of the campy. They just don’t make cartoons like that anymore. So what were some of your favorite old school cartoons?

I know if Captain Planet got a movie, I would want the Governator to play Captain Planet himself. The power is yours!

I felt this needed to be said here. What do you think the best superpower is? This is probably the biggest lunchtime conversation out there so lunchtime discuss!?!

So action fans tend to like shoot em ups right? I mean heck contra was huge back in the day. So what do you guys think of knights in the nightmare? It looks like a combination of a strategy rpg and a bullet hell shoot em up. It could be just another gimmick but it looks like its gonna use the DS’s touch screen to great effect. Then again, it looks like you have to do a LOT of things at once and that might give me a nosebleed. What do you guys think?

Any of you guys seen Deadliest Warrior? Its this show where they get data to put two of history’s greatest fighters together in a battle to the deal. Last week’s episode was Shaolin Monk versus Maori Warrior. This week it is William Wallace versus Shaka Zulu. Its total crack for action fans like us. So what are your guys’ opinions about the show? What match ups would you like to see them do? Don’t say Pirate versus Ninja… everyone has suggested that.

So I saw someone made a LARPing comment on one of our videos. Kickass. Whereas most people see a bunch of geeks in costume, I see people fighting with weapons in medieval times! What’s wrong with that!? LARPs are filled with great stories that YOU get to be in. So why do you guys think people look down on LARPers so much? Gah, makes me want to throw a lighting bolt at them. So seriously, whats the problem with hitting someone with a sword?

So Bradley Cooper isn’t going to be playing Face or The Green Lantern. Soooo what IS he going to play?
