This means that mixed martial arts sparring can get extremely violent, especially when you have bare flesh contacting other bear flesh. On the flip side, however, this is where you will see instinct and skill squaring off at their best.

Can’t say that I’m a fan really….some of the fights are good but a lot of the time the refs step in way too late, it shouldn’t get to the stage where people are unconscious or left in a lock blacked out, thats the ref’s job to step in! Duh! But I am however a UFC fan…they have a much better rules system and the fights are actually good and the fighters are very talented and not just a school yard scrap
