Now playing: Doug Liman Blog: Day 1 of Our Flight To Haiti
Hi Ninjas,
This is the first part of many videos from my Haiti trip. Fellow pilot and friend George Sampas and I flew doctors and supplies down to Haiti. It was the first time either of us had flown into Haiti — or into military controlled airport — but the flight down was the least eventful part of the trip. While I was there, I directed the Haitian portion of Quincy Jones’ We Are the World and assisted (volunteered) at medical clinics. I can honestly say that the whole experience was one of the most powerful, exciting and meaningful experiences of my life and I’m really looking forward to sharing it with you.
